Incident Summary

We are currently performing emergency security maintenance in response to two recently disclosed PHP vulnerabilities (CVEs CVE-2026-109618, CVE-2026-109619) that could potentially allow unauthorized access to web applications and sensitive information.

Details surrounding these vulnerabilities became public before security patches were made available, creating an increased risk of exploitation.

Protecting customer accounts, services, and infrastructure remains our priority.

Affected Services

The following Prism Host platforms are temporarily unavailable:

• ARC Control Panel - Game server management and configuration
• VPS Portal - Virtual server management
• Billing & Client Area - Account management, billing, and support access
• Prism Nexus - Unified infrastructure management
• Dedicated Server Panel - Dedicated server management
• cPanel - Web hosting management.

During this maintenance window, customers will be unable to access or manage services through these platforms.

Impact on Hosted Services

Your hosted services remain operational.

This incident affects access to management interfaces only

Game servers, VPS instances, and dedicated servers will continue running normally. Existing applications and workloads are not expected to experience interruptions as a result of this maintenance.

However, actions requiring access to the affected control panels, including server management and configuration changes, will be temporarily unavailable.

Expected Resolution

Security patches are currently expected to become available at approximately 14:00 UTC, with restoration of affected platforms targeted for 15:00 UTC.

Access will be restored once the necessary updates have been applied and the affected systems have been verified as safe to operate.

These times are estimates and may change depending on patch availability and the results of security checks.
